I got a problem. I only see the lower thirds with an so called color 3.mov in the background which appears to give the lower third the moving colors. But unfortunately it also overwrites all the movies I put in it. When i remove the color 3.mov file I lose the color. I have watched your video and u dont seem to have the color3.mov file in it. Also u have the color moving without any .mov file. Please let me know how to solve this.
I have just seen that when I start AE says 3 files are missing. Those are color 1 2 and 3 .mov. But I can see them in on my screen as weird color that fill out the whole screen and when i remove them i lose all colors.
Seems support is disabled here. But since the product doesnt work as advertised I would like a refund. When u read this I will have bought a functional lower third and wait for my refund here.

I have not received all of the files, only the purple sparkle mov. There is supposed to be much more. Can you clarify?

Hey Royal, just purchased your product. Is it compatible with Apple Motion? I don’t see any of the bars in the download. Just the sparkle mov. Can you clarify? Thanks.
