hello I wanted to know if a higher resolution is possible, 1920×1080 is if pre-rendered files were possible if they can be at 25 fps.
the project is at 29.97 and I need it at 25 fps with a higher resolution, my friend has the project.

Hi I bought your video project but then found out that photos are not included. It s my fault. But I like your video whole as it is with that properly picked photos. Can you send me the project with included photos please? If photos are from flickr cc license I could use it with appropriate credit to flickr authors. All I need is to change text. You can save me much time. I was looking for similar photos it takes much effort and outcome isnt so good. You picked the best photos for this video. Thank you.

I just purchased this and while it renders in RAM, when I render it, at the end it gets an error while trying to write the rendered file and I get a corrupt MPEG4 file. Why?

It is rendering in the Adobe Media Encoder, but not in AE’s render queue. The error message at the end reads: “Rendering error while writing to [file path]. The file may be damaged or corrupted -1610153463.”
Unfortunately I do not know what to help you! Use a good software!

This may be an after effects question vs one of your template. I would like to lengthen the video, add some longer text on a few slides. I am able to pull the text piece to run longer but not the photo, is this possible?
If knowledge of the after effects you have enough, it is possible!
Nice project. I do have one question. Is the sepia part of the photos imported or part of the project? If it’s part of the project am I able to turn that layer off? I want to show the images I have without any change to the colors. Thanks for the help!
You can disable the sepia (tint) in the layer CC (color correction). This project used a few photos with sepia. If you have any questions, let me know by email. Thank you!
