Hello, yesterday I bought the cloud pack again (I had bought it a few years ago and I had the problem that the first 5 videos were not in loop). Now I find that video 1 makes a glitch with a horizontal red line in the first second…. . Please ask if I can be refunded the money because this is the second time I have had a problem with the same purchase. Regards.
