The logo was not displayed in black due to the version difference Creator “UNVI” responded immediately
He sent me the template data for “Element 3D 2V” The logo issue was quickly resolved.

I really want to use this logo reveal, however, I am worried about the required plugin. Is it free? I downloaded it from VideoCopilot’s website (v1.6.3) however the install was confusing. Can you advise me?

Hello, I love the design, but I’m having a really hard time trying to use my logo. It works with some logos, but I can’t make it work fine with the logo I need to use, the cutted part and the 3D part are not centered. Can you please help? It is full of bugs.

Same here, Ive bought a lots of videohive affter effect video files, it is allways enough easy to change everyting in it, But this one is a nightmare, have tried many things, autotrace does not work well, when not at all, I did a work around but the result are no good. Very unfriendly set up for me. Read all the instruction, did autotrace the same setting you did, but no result. Wonder wy you did not put the text version in it too.
PS: I render the all thing without touching anything and the logo is black no color, it is not at all like the demo video you show.
