Also, I like the multi-coloured default version, but I would like to colour match to our brand (4 colours). Can we add multiple colours as appose to the simple garden in colour correction?
The audio isn’t sync with the EQ when viewing render as preview in AE. Can you advise what the issue might be. Music placed in correct location, but it isnt reacting correctly.

Is it possible to have the duration extended, as my audio clip is around double the length (at 41s)?
Yes! You need make bigger durations of cameras (lenghts of layers and move keyframes) or add other cameras. Sent me mail if you will need help.
Are you able to make the after effects time longer, like I may want a 4 second animation, yet in other videos, I may want a minute long video – is it possible with this project?
Hi and thanks for purchase! Yes, it’s not problem to make longer composition. You just need to change duration of “Render” composition and all other compositions inside. for change colors to gradient you need turn on checkbox at “color correction layer”

I did everything according to the tutorial. The equalizer doesn’t react to the music.

What setting would I tweak to play around with the amplitude. I have a pretty rad logo for this but it doesn’t quite peak enough at the top to show it off as much as I’d like. So I’m trying to exaggerate the peaks of the sound clip so you see more of the tops of the building in the logo. I figured it is in the EQ comp but I didn’t want to something stupid and break it! haha
Hi! Looks cool with your logo, I like it. Not sure you need change EQ, but you can try. In “EQ” composition click to EQ layer and play with parameter “Maximum height”, “Audio duration”, “Audio Offset” in Audio Spectrum effect at effect panel. You can also try to play with other music, EQ will react to any sound which you will put to “sound” composition. Hope it will help.
Hi, I am trying to change the colors on the toner effects layer so they are a 3 tone gradient from Cyan/Magenta/Yellow from left to right. Is there anyway to do this?

Hi and thanks for purchase! This project created in CS6, but it works in CC same. Really problem with expression, because it use english language, but you use german interface. But this not big problem expression used only for color correction of EQ, and you can make it other way if you need monochrome eq: just add ramp effect to “Logo EQ” layer and select colors which you need. Hope it will help you.

Yes, you did not add sound. Equalizer react to the sound which you must import to the project and put to “sound” composition. If there is no sound inside – EQ will not play. Please check video tutorial which come with project, you will see how to work with project step by step.
okaaayyyy… I was not aware that the sound must be added in AE… and I think most people will not recognize that! Without the sound nothing spectacular happens…
Therefor I requested a refund of the item and I got it. But now I see that everything works fine… and I’ll buy the item again so that you’ll get your money back.
But please… add a VERY VISIBLE advice, that people NEED to add sound for getting nice results

When using a logo instead of text the eq doesn’t show it until the very end. It’s not nearly as cool as I hoped it would be.

this work created in After Effects CS6. Unfortunately AE does not allow to save the project in the earlier version.
One further question: Can you please tell me how to stop the logo from blending in at the end. I would like to stay the effect on for the whole time.

Just open composition “Logo_EQ” and hide or remove layer “logo_in”. hope it will help you.

Absolutely love your work and it works fine for me in CC 2014. Is there an easy way to increase the spectrum / equaliser line? Basically have more lines?

Hi! Thanks for feedback and welcome! To add more lines and change equaliser you need find composition “EQ” and change parameters of “Audio Spectrum” effect on EQ layer.
Watched the tutorial, hit the Color Toner check box and attempted to adjust the colors and nothing actually updates in the viewer. Also on AE CC 2014. No error warnings, just does not update at all. On english OS and english install. Attempted the reinstall like tk_berlin, and did not preserve preferences and still nothing updates. Attempted export with color values changed just to see if it would export right, but alas no. Please help or update file for CC.
[Revised] Issue only effects the short file.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply, I was on vacation. Im not sure what is problem, but you can simply solve the problem: just open “EQ” composition, open “color_correction” layer and remove expressions in “Ramp” effect and choose colors you need. Or remove “Ramp” effect and add new. I hope this information was helpful to you. Thanks!
