When I use the file with the flares I get an error message saying “this version must be converted from 9.0(macintosh intel)” then it says that I need to install optical flares. I thought, based on the instructions that the flares were already installed in one of the files. It also says that I need to update my CUDA to 5.0 or greater. I get a blurry image when I preview the effects, does that have something to do with it?

The project has two versions (with or without plugin) you must use the version without plugin. The error message should click ok, it’s because you are using a later version.

Inside the folder “Compos For Render” in the composition you are working. You go to the bottom layer of all, within the modified layer effects color. If I have questions write me through my profile and I sent a video tutorial for it.

The page says no plugin is required but in my After Effects CS4 it is asking for the “Optical Flares” plugin. Please help and respond soon as I need to deliver my project and was counting on this.
There are two versions in the zip. If you open this file “logo Elegance pre render flares2.aep”, Here this version without plugin.
