Hi FXBoxx,

I am having trouble using the video. I get a dialogue box saying that “this mov file is damaged or unsupported”

I tried to re-download again but it did not work.

Please help.

Hi. Have you checked the downloaded file size with the original file size. Sometimes there is a possibility of download errors.If that is not the case Can you tell me which software you are using.. Also contact me via my profile page.
