hello, I am in Switzerland and I bought this product and its not working/opening within after effects CC or premier pro CC. if this is the case, please indicate it before people buy your product, is there a way it can work? otherwise please refund me.
I bought it for multi use which is quite expensive.
sorry for my late rly i went to out side so sorry.my footage have not any trouble it is quick time movie video with alpha so you can import it to after effects or premier. i think trouble is you need to install quick time for your PC then my footage is working.

Hi, I’m from France, so my English is not very well, sorry I explain the situation: I bought : Light Particle Lower Third V.1 by cryvfx after downloading I saw that this product doesn’t work with ADOBE AFTER EFFECT so it does not work for me, because I Work with ADOBE AFTER EFFECT and PREMIERE PRO I request a refund for my purchase thank you
i know this is not after effects file but you can import to ADOBE AFTER EFFECT and PREMIERE PRO so you can overlap your text
