I purchased this intro but only received the project for the 5 logo animations. Very disappointed, wasn’t at all what I was expecting based on the information above! Please help!

Hi, I’m having the same issue as Produs above. I purchased, downloaded, and received the wrong project. This is very frustrating because I like the look of the ‘intro’ project very much, but the project that was downloaded only includes a few logo animations.

False Advertising! Great work but you should have just added this as logo reveals. I opened the file and all I got was control over the logo reveal portion. I didn’t get any access to the 23 Video/Image Placeholders you had in your video and that you mentioned would be available in the edit. The tutorial video that it came with only explained how to manipulate the logo reveals but none of the 23 video/image placeholders as well. I was hoping to add some of my own video and images in this edit and was highly disappointed finding out that I can’t.
Just to let you know the product will not be in market place if its not as specified in product description. May be you got a wrong one(logo intro) when you downloaded the file. Please sent me the project details that you downloaded and sent it in szsudi@gmail.com so that i can veryfy and sent you the right project.

I thought this was a video intro and is only for the logos.
“Intro” mentioned here is a video intro with 23 video/Image placeholder in it and exactly as you see in preview, not only logo intro. Logo intro is the one with 5 logo animation. Check your purchase and confirm , the purchase is “Intro” not “Logo intro”.
