Looks great if your photos are abstracts or solid colors, and you want some cool looking titles whipping in and out.
But if your photos are people, or other scenes with details that you want people to be able to clearly see...it doesn't really work. For instance, a persons body gets ripped in two and their head turned into a blurry streak across the screen as the effects kick in.
I find it very limited in what you can do with it, for those reasons.

Hi! Of corse you need to optimize project to different kind of content ;) By default this project is optimized for landscape photos but you can change parameters in "3D Parallax Controller" layer and remove parallax effect or make it more gentle at this time i work on "People optimized" version of parallax slideshow, and if you really need to work with peoples photos i can send you this project for free, you can check parameters in 3d parallax controller layer and use it in your project, or use my new project (but it synced with other music!) If is it ok for you - update your rating to none or 4+ stars please because i cant make "completelly universal" project for any type or photos or videos! different content need defferent settings of parallaxation! :) Mail me to - paramonov.imtn@gmail.com for more information! ;)
stuck my after effects - very havy slideshow - almost not possible to work with this temp. i can't export my files the affter just crash in about 50 min.
it's takes about 10 min to export 1-2 sec

On my pc Core i7 2.4g - 16gb ram and GE FORCE GTX 470 it takes 4.45 hours for render. I cant create perfect look projects with 30sec rendering time! You need to wait 4+ hours if you want great result! ;)
I purchased this for a University project.
Project causes numerous errors in After Effects.
Sent e-mail to author...no response. Not happy.

Hmm i test project on 5 pc and 2 macs, envato review team test project and see no errors! I see only one reason whi you have some errors in this project - you need to reinstall after effect, update it or completelly update your system becose you may have some codecs errors, quick time errors, or maybe your firewall block some connections from your after effects! V2 of this projects has a universal expressions and works fine on all languages of system! Try to find and fix your system problems becose project work fine!
