Yes, you can manually switch FPS inside After Effects, but also keep in mind: all Ink footages has 25fps, so there will be minimal quality loss

Your Ink Slideshow is fantastic, you are very talented. I would love to purchase this template but would like around 20 media place holders. Would it be difficult for a beginner to increase the number or will you have an updated version in the future?

There is a simple structure inside this project and it has a way to add an additional scenes. You can import another copy of the project inside another and use all scenes together. If you have a minimal AE skills you can adjust cameras etc in additional scenes to create a 100% unique look.
