Can I use data from csv file in Circle and Charts?

What kind of license do I have to purchase to get an unlimited usage of Youtube channel which is approved to make profits?
It is a structure to get profits if viewers watch the advertisement when the advertisement is replayed before its own video is started on the You-tube channel that the profit creation was approved. (Of course, viewers pay nothing but watch only the advertisement)

Yes, of course, you can change colors, size, value of graphs as well as the position of elements. You can use the CC2019 version. We do not plan to add Radar Charts yet.

you can repeatedly use our project under a standard license, but not for commercial purposes.
