Does this come with sound fx library? If not, is there a product I can purchase with all the necessary sound fx’s for an explainer toolkit?

Hi, your template are so exciting and I am using it via Envato element. However, I have some trouble with that: 1/ When I add your project into AE CC 2018, and copy your flat element or character pose to my comp, it is so slow down when I review. Could I solve this trouble? My PC has 16gb ram + VGA GTX 1050i 4GB.
2/ Could I create new clothes for character? Because I see that the character just have 10 outfit (clothes) and I need a doctor character, but there is not it in the template. How can I insert new clothes?

I need help with counters. I do not know how i can stop final date or string od digit. Do you have some tutorial with the counter actions?
Hi, counters work with time remapping. Select the comp delete time remapping and then go to the frame you want the counter to stop and put time remapping, then copy the keyframe from this frame and paste it until the end of your comp. Thanks
I need to add more then one character to the scene. Can i do this? When i change outfit or modify something in character panel control. I modify this in all scene in MYSTORY. How can i add more then one character?

I just purchased the file and I keep getting these error messages “After Effects Error: Cache Preview needs 2 or more Frames for Playback”.
I have a mac book pro version 10.12.6 MacOs Sierra. Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7. Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB.
My Adobe After Effects is Version 14.0.1.15. 2017 Edition.
I ran through various options like clearing the application cache and hard disk as well as increasing the application RAM memory to 16. None worked.

Hi, Thanks for purchasing. The best thing is to open the template with AE CS6 Version which is the best connecting with memory problems. Otherwise you have to open it on CC but you have to wait some minutes in order to load the template on cache. Thanks.
I did wait and try using CC and I still get the error messages of “Fresh Layer Cache Checkout Failed” and “Cache Preview needs 2 or more Frames for Playback”. Are they any ways I can get a version that works for CC? Thanks

Where can I find animated letters like CINEMA shown in item detail page?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. There are not unique letters. Letters combined to make words. So if you want to make a word, change one word to your own, move animated shapes and bring elements you like. Thanks
Thanks for your replay, but I mean I cannot find any letter that uses the same animation of the demo CINEMA letter. I want to copy the animation to my new letters. Is there?
I think is better to change CINEMA or other text to your own letter by letter. Each letter has scale and rotation keyframes with expressions.
Do you mean animation used by CINEMA cannot be found in the package? I want to copy the keyframe and apply them on my own letter. I very carefully looked at the animation used by other letters in the package and I cannot find one that’s similar to pop-up effect of CINEMA (and also the flying element).
Did you download the updated version with Flat Animated Icons inside?

The Humans Explainer Toolkit includes Flat Animated Icons Library V.13 and not includes Flat Animated Icons V.14 that includes Animated Words like Cinema.

Hi, the Flat Animated Icons Library is getting updated more often. All the other Explainer templates that includes Flat Animated Icons comes after. When it will be updated you will be inform. Thanks

in some of the comp’s like Character_1_Pose_Sitting_Working there is an IN action and an OUT action. how do i turn either of these off. ie, office stuff in place to start, animated out to finish.
also, the length of time, how to change it??
Hi, thanks for purchasing. You have two choices to do this: First you can do it by using time remaping in order to sit more time, or you can move all the keyframes more to the right. From composition settings you change the duration of the comp. Thanks

Hello , yes I’ve tried exporting it as an image sequence ( png format ) . Do you have this toolkit available for editing in Adobe Illustrator format ? Because it would be really great to work around with it using vector so I don’t lose any quality .

Why does the file only work properly in cs6? I downgraded my CC to CS6 and it works but my CS6 crashed a few mins after using the file. How do i solve this? Why cant i use CC 2015? I keep getting the error message: cache.. 2 frames etc..
Hi, thanks for purchasing. If you are using CC you have to wait about a min or two depending of your machine in order to load the template on cache memory. On CS6 it has to be working perfectly. Also you have to increase cache memory and clear cache memory too. Thanks.
Hi, Wonderful collection! There is so much in this template with so many great options. But is there any way to make the women’s breasts smaller? I’ve created an animation for work and all the feedback I get is that the content is overshadowed by the female form.
