The project works with all After Effects versions above and including CS6. So to answer your question: it’s fully working with After Effects CC.

This item only works with CS6, I’m afraid. But you can get the motion graphics version (pre-rendered) which will work with any motion graphics suite here: http://videohive.net/item/hud-elements-kit/4905841
