Hi, thanks for purchasing. Try to delete unnecessary characters from your library. After that empty disk cache memory. When you use more than 1 or 2 character on the same composition the preview time takes longer. Thanks
Hi, i just purchased your product. However whenever i open it, the preview doesn’t work. I can’t see any elements, only their outline. I already cleared the Disk-Cache before opening the Toolkit. I work with AECC 2020 and a 2018 Macbook pro with 8 GB RAM. I would be very thankful to you, if you could help me.
Hi, thanks for purchasing. First Go to Project Settings – Expressions – Expression Engine: Legacy ExtendScript. After when you open the template wait a minute or two to load the project in cache and after everything will appear. Thanks

If I want to use this for my YouTube videos for commercial purposes, do I need to constantly purchase a Regular or Extended license? It seems financially impossible to create content on YouTube if I have to pay $53 for every video I post… Is there a work around to this or am I just simply screwed out of luck?

Yes it is updated up to V.14. The only thing that it doesn’t have is the isometric presets that come on V.15. You can also check this template: https://videohive.net/item/explainer-world/21021730 that has a huge library. Thanks

Hi, thanks for purchasing. First you have to clear cache memory before you open the template. Then you have to wait a little in order to cache in the memory. How much memory do you have?

I tried to customise the characters appearance by changing their clothing styles and some accessories in the psd file, but it won’t update in ae. Am I doing it right or is it not possible to change their appearance?

Hi, Back in 2015, I purchased the CS5 compatible version of Hipster Explainer Toolkit & Flat Animated Icons Library. Unfortunately, version 3 of the aep project file ‘Hipster_Explainer_Toolkit_With_Flat_Icons.aep’ cannot be opened by AE CS5 (Error message: The file your are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 11.0.4 and cannot be opened with this version.).
I am interested by the new 1000+ flat animated icons. Are those icons eventually available in gif/png format so they can be imported inside AE CS5 or AI CS5? Thanks for your response.

Can’t you buy this with the license SFX (multi-use)? I’m also wondering if it is possible to make the character as a child? And last, is it possible to add movements of breathing? If yes, how? Hi, the licences are being explained by clicking inside the link of regular and extended licence. Also the blowing bubble pose is like breathing, and you are able to make your own move. In order to make a child looking you have to select hair number 3 maybe and put child style clothes. Thanks

I’m using a windows based laptop and can’t open or render compositions with this project file – Hipster_Explainer_Toolkit_With_Flat_Icons. Doesn’t show any images in the composition panel. I constantly get an error whenever I try to render. I’m using CC 2017.
Hi, you are missing some memory. Try to open it with CS6 if you have it. Template needs 32GB memory for CC2017.

well when i open the file (windows) i get alot of error messages containing : “illegal XML character ”” in Hand_L_01” ( 23 :: 0 ) & “illegal XML character ”” in Hand_R_01” ( 23 :: 0 ). And it keep going i can’t even op the file. On my mac i kinda can but it’s converted and it won’t work correctly.

Hi, I have a problem when opening the project. I can`t see any graphics and I get this error soon after opening: ,,Unable to allocate 0,002 MB memory. Either decrease the memory requirements for the rendering of this frame, or install more RAM. (12803 / Standard 3D camera data.),, I tried to find any info about it but no solution worked for me. Do you have any idea how to deal with it? I have tried some precomps, but even the easier ones doesn`t work.

Hi, thanks for purchasing. First of all if you open it with AE CS6 you will not have any problem. AECC works differently with memory and you will need more RAM, or just wait about 2 min to load it on cache. Also you can increase Cache memory size and empty disk cache after lunching AE. Thanks

To recreate, open both files on Mac (they will be converted). Close the icon library and import the file into the hipster library.
I saw another post about this issue. Was there a resolution?
