they have to be re-linked, once you’ll select one of them, choose ‘Replace Footage File’
Then go into (Footage) Dir within the Project Directory, and choose the right file.
It should automatically replace all the others.

Alternatively, you can wait another 15 minutes for me to replace the existing version.
