1. BG Hearts.mov cannot be imported- this .mov file is damaged or unsupported.
2. 1 file is missing since you last saved this project

Hi, I have Purchased this awesome file, but when I opened it on aftereffect (64 bit ) , The file didn’t work well What I should do ?
what AE version you using AE CS5, CS5.5 CS 6, CC?
try re-download the file, or send me your emali address, i’ll send you a link to the file. It should work on AE CS5 and above, tested already
Is it possible to change the skin color of the female character? Like is the character available in a layer or file that can be re-tinted ?
It is AI file, so if you want to change the character color, you have to open it in AI and then reload it in after effects
