Hi – Looking forward to using this. Sorry if this is a dumb question: Is there a quick and easy way to set project to HD. Your description says 4K and HD, but I only see 4K files.
I have HD video clips I want to insert in the placeholders, I don’t want to scale up my HD clips to fit the 4K Comps. So again is there an easy way to (re)set all comps to HD?
Hi dj, After Effects will handle to the scale up and then scale down process as it never happened. That means you will need to place your image/had video in a larger place first and that will scale down in the rendering process. Hope that helps. Thanks
Thanks for replying, however I don’t understand. Would a quick video be possible? It is probably a common problem for buyers like me, so a video would be helpful to many.
So you mean, place my HD video clip in the 4K sized placeholder comp, then I Transform > Fit to Comp… Is that what you mean?
What I really mean is that this is a library which includes 100 slides at a maximum size of 3840×2160 pixels. You can use it in HD quality in 2 easy ways: a work in the 4K and select the rescale to in the rendering process. b. Create a new HD comp drop the slides you need and right click in “fit to comp”. As I did mention previously, you will have no quality issues.
