Yeah, the data slider has limitation in 1 000 000 (this is an after effects limitations, unfortunately). But you can use prefix and suffix fields in order to add symbols. For example, you can setup value – 300 and in the suffix add – 000 000 and you will get 300 000 000 in total.

Or in case if you’re an advance user, you can setup any value by editing expressions, as well as increase animation (number increasing) time.
