this was a waste of money. too much work for $11.
I have the same problem with these lower thirds on Premiere CS6, the lower third does not completely key in; the lower third is fine but the background is slight hazy grey. I had to re sized for my needs and you get a clear haze grey box that is really noticeable in low key shots. I had to crop the top. I love the animation! Any suggestions?

Hi I just purchased this and I can not get a true alpha background. Using Cyber Link Power Director 12 video editing software. There is a lot of Gray and issues with the background after relentless tweaking of my chromakey settings. Please help!

Hi, the Cyberlink PowerDirector 12 definitely does support alpha and have used it many other times with alpha video files with no issues but for some reason your file shows a gray background on where there is supposed the alpha background I have continued to tweak the settings to no avail. Unfortunately I do not have the Adobe Programs but all other alpha files work fine with my software except yours. If you can help me with another solution I would be most grateful as I can’t use it as it stands. Please help because your lower third is quite spectacular… and really want to use it.

I think your software not supporting PNG codec.if i give AVI RGBA file size too big. estimated size 11 GB. If you are able to download that i can share the AVI files.
Also please check file preference when you import into the software. i think you should change some setting.

No you can’t ..its QuickTime alpha file .. you can try hue saturation.. thank you
Hi, Great work. I’m new to this. After I have downloaded template, do I open in. Motion or after fx to change text. Or does the templates come in layers so you can click on each layer and then must change the text Could you reply to Robert Knowles… Rmknowles@mac.com Thanks
