Great template, but there appears to be a problem. When I go to preview in full quality or render, an error message is displayed “The layer exceeds the maximum size” and then “After Effects error: Invalid image buffer size (1×34654). ( 37 :: 102)”
Do you have any ideas what might be causing this please? I hope it’s not my computer as it’s a brand new MacBook Pro.

Hi, thanks for coming back to me so quickly.
It all seems to work fine until I change the preview quality to ‘Full’ as opposed to ‘Quarter’ which the template defaults to. That then produces the error messages above.
It’s also a problem when I attempt to render the video. Add to ‘Render Queue’ simply doesn’t work and also displays the messages above. Add to ‘Media Encoder’ starts to export the file and then crashes?
I’m using a MacBook Pro (2017), 16GB Ram, 3.1GHz i7 processor, Radoen Pro 560 4096 MB graphics card.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I’ve submitted a refund request, I’ve found a couple more of your templates that would look great for my project, I’m happy to buy another one but I’d appreciate a refund on this purchase first please.
I’ll happily send you the project so you can see the errors for yourself if needs be, I need to move on this pretty quickly as I’ve committed to turning it round for a client.
