If I can’t get the transparent video; can you send me a rendered video on a white background. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for purchasing. Sorry for responding later. This footage is with alpha channel and you can easily add it on any background. When you play this video on a player it automatically fills the background with black color but actually video is transparent. You can use it with any video editor, for example Adobe Premier, After Effects, etc. Kindly revert if any difficulty or issue occurs. Will be glad to help.
