Hi, Thanks for writing ans sorry for delay. The length of project is based on length of gestured videos, I guess if you need longer video you could just slow it down little bit in order to get some 10 more seconds.

Hi mahiette, thanks for buying my template. When i’m rendering I am using mov h264 video, i use nothing extra just AE renderer. You can for example do an uncompressed video render, then you can test some of the settings as mov h264, FLV etc, in this case you won’t spend a lot of time since you are doing a render form already rendered (uncompressed) video. Hi there, I was wondering if it’s possible to extend a frame in your video? At the 29th second, because there is quite a bit of text to read, I want to “freeze” the frame for an extra 5-10 secs. Is that possible? And if so, how do I go about doing this? Thanks in advance for any help. Cheers Chi.
Hi chichi, thanks for purchasing my template. Yes of course it is possible, when you finish the whole project, make new composition which will be 5-10 sec longer,insert your audio, drag there finished project, apply to it Time Remapping and you’re done. how can I add more compositions? I mean those ones where are 4 things presented with images ? ( composition 3 and 4 ) I would like 2 of each. I managed to copy and paste the whole folder but I need them after eachother and also I want the time of the whole presentation increased. Thank you.

Your project “Future Touch Interface” is extra-ordinary, the best I have seen so far at Videohive! I have a few pre-purchase questions that may be weird to you, however please keep in mind that I am a beginner – if even that
My questions are:
1. Do I need to purchase Adobe’s After Effects software to be able to edit and use your project “Future Touch Interface”? Is it the same with all other After Effects projects at VideoHive, do I need Adobe’s After Effects software?
2. If I need Adobe’s After Effects software, which is the most cheap way to buy it? Via Adobe.com?
3. Is Adobe’s After Effects software the premier platform for editing videos? Is it worth purchasing? I mean is it the one software that I should go for?
4. Is there any “light” version of Adobe’s After Effects software that is cheap?
5. Is there any freeware that I can use to edit your project “Future Touch Interface”? Or cheap alternative to Adobe’s original software?
6. I have no experience of any of Adobe’s software, however I have fair computer knowledge. Will I be able to edit your project “Future Touch Interface” in Adobe’s After Effects software?
7. What is your opinion on e.g. Windows Live Movie Maker? Can I e.g. compose the following in this program: After Effects template (some 20-25 seconds) – Self-recorded video – After Effects template (some 20-25 seconds) – Photos – After Effects template (some 20-25 seconds)? I.e. merge all these to one video? I know that it sounds like a weird question, but I am a beginner.
8. Can I consult you for the task? What do you charge per hour? Do you accept VISA card as payment method?

By the way, you have done a great job with your project “Future Touch Interface” as I mentioned initially! I will most likely buy it and use it in one way or another – I just need to understand some basic things first how it all works!

1. For every AE template you need to have After Effects Software. 2. Most of AE templates are prepared for almost all versions, for example my template works from cs3 to cs6, but, you can download trial version which works without any restriction during a certain period (30 days i guess) so you can try it, work and finalize any template – including mine during that period. 3. It is very worth purchasing it. 4. There’s a people time after time who sell their softwares, i have had seen once someone selling AE CS4 at Ebay, maybe you can do some researches. 5. After Effects only, with trial version you can finish it without any problem since my template require no external plugins. 6. I prepared detailed video help file for novice users and it is very easy o modify it, just watch video help file some 2-3 times and you will be ready to go. 7. Yes sure, for example, you render my template, you have some yours recording videos and have additional video, you can insert them all to Windows Movie Maker , add some music and have a fun, but if you can get Adobe premiere you could do this more professionally. 8. Sure i’’ be there if you need anything though i know you are going to make it alone, i prefer money transfer through www.payoneer.com. There’s are some general prices for template editing, and it goes: AE Template Editing, inserting images/videos, text and logo $100 , if there’s more detailed requests such changing design elements and so one – then it is different story.

I’m trying to customize the text sequence at 0:11 to simply come up straight one after the other on the left of my screen.
I won’t be using the hands in the background for this particular project. I’m trying to illustrate dates and events in a neat way and I can’t seem to find a simple text effect to do that.

My proposal: 1. You can work on this template as it is, and after finishing you can split this project and add some videos/products between. This is something i saw once to someone who used this template, so it was like:
Template (some 20-25 sec) – VIDEO SHOOTING – Template (some 20-25 sec) – pictures (other products) – Template (some 20-25 sec) .....
And i was surprised how amasing it looks
2. You can use Future touch interface 2 or 3, there you have much more image/video placeholders.

For me is not good because the template is not fully editable. For example I have 4 services and not 6 as in default, it was impossible to custom because the wheels are in the file [background].mov and I can not delete them. I usually do not write negative reviews, but this template give me problems with the customer.

Hi thanks for writing me.
1. I am not sure
2. I am going to update this template and i hope i will have also lady talent.
3. Try to open new composition with longer time length. Drag and Drop there main composition. Right click – Time – Time stretch and give there some 130 values, enable frame blending (like film tape icon near Shy switch), same icon must click – switch on on your layer. I think this can help you and it will make your project longer for about 30%.
