Having trouble unzipping like others. Using macOS 10.13.4. emailed VFX-elements for a fix

Purchased this but it won’t unzip (used double click, terminal and winrar to no avail). The file that I finally forced out of the zip is like 300MB. Any way you can shoot me the file through an ftp site?

Zip file should be 2.82GB not more. What app are you using to unzip it? I would recommend Winrar. Here is the link and download correct one for your OS system: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm Let me know if this solves your problem.
this didn’t unzip for me, in sierra OS. Any solutions?
Haven’t tried it on mac. Is it using winrar app for zipped files? In windows it unzips without any problem.

I appreciate the link…but you have to buy video games to get this app free. Bummer..looks like a good file.
Really? Trial version is totally free, i have check it now and downloaded without any trouble. If so, than i will suggest you to get this file on windows and unzip it there, cause i am 100% sure file isn’t damaged. Already have some users who got this file and using it without any trouble, including myself. Hope this helps.
It could be a new OS deal..Sierra. i just don’t have time to research. Will buy a different file. Thanks though
It’s not my business but all the files are zipped here, cause you can’t upload it without zipping it, so maybe you will have same problem with different files purchased from here. Good luck.
