I have the same problem after downloading and trying to extract. It looks like there is a space in one of the directory names and so the extractor throws an error.

Just more details concerning the problem, maybe this will help : when a user like me, download this archive, he can see : a file called “flowmotion-cs4-.zip” , with a size of 44.3Mo. (yes, with a ”-” sign before ”.zip” , exactly as I write)

When we do “open with winRAR”, we can see : i’m on PC, XP. and note that i already bought some AE files from you and all was working fine. the only detail that seems to differ is this ”-” at the end of the name of the compressed file. (i tried to change it, but it doesn’t work better)

The error message is : “The specified path was not found” I tried different tips/tricks : repair the file, other decompressor, each file separatly, etc nothing works…

Hello Eric, I didn’t receive any news from support yet, but i managed to download the file. I could open the file without any issue.I’m on Mac.Also I ve a virtual machine installed,with a window 7 installed. I manage to open the zip file in this case too. No matter where is the problem I m uploading now the unziped project to my Dropbox, and will send you the link to you as soon I have it done.

There is definitly a problem with the archive file. I tried winrar and winzip, ... tried to explore inside each folder… re-downloaded the file…

for all costumers, past, present and futur, it should be good to re-upload the archive file.

i’m not ready to send an email. because a customer has already note this problem. and you dont take into account the possible problem with your archive. (i mean re-upload it)

I have provlems unpacking the download-file no matter which unpacker I use. It throws errors, also the wave-file you refer to at the beginning of your video-tutorial doesn’t seem to be included in the zip. Is it only me, or is this broken?
