I have purchased this template. Is there anyway I could obtain the original files from you? I have already installed the Ouroboros plugin.

It seems like pretty project, but all the files are PRERENDERED, so you cannot make them large. Also After Effects constantly gives the error: Cached Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback, because the .movs are probably to heavy. Useless project for me!
Hi, thanks for purchasing. This template made with extra plugin named ouroboros, which is very heavy. MOV files are not heavy at all. Maybe you need more memory than you have. AE CC needs more memory to work with a template. On AE CS6 you work without any memory problem. Thanks.
I like the icons, but I’d like to expand the collection with my own icons.
Is there a way for you to share the workflow to create the base icons that are pre-animated? I’m assuming you are offsetting radial wipes? Is this correct?

Hi, just bought this and got to say it’s pretty disappointing that these are all pre-rendered .movs. It should really say so in the item description. I’ve got the Ouroboros preset so any chance I can have the original project file?
I am very sorry to hearing that. I work with another way in order to have a colour control for all the elements and not using any kind of plugin. I do not have the original file as is the template right now. I have template that i am rendering to a specific file and colours. Thanks
Bought this thinking that you will get the animation comps as well… Its so bad its all pre- rendered and its just BG stuff which you cannot adapt for any other purpose… My purpose of buying this was not for a website promo… Is there anyway I can get the animation comps as well..

I,m very imppressed by the design and how it can be used but only one small thing i think there is a lack of depth of field this i think would be cool to see on the shapes it would give more depth to it but in general this item ROCK ! Good luck with sales
