Hello, so I tried to uninstall/ install PremiumBuilder in order to reset the icons after I edited few of them, but wasn’t able to reset the amended designs /icons to the default look, is there away to do so? get the icons back to your designs without the change I did to few of them? thanks a lot for your help!

After I install everything, and then launch Premium Builder Flat Animated Icons inside of After Effects, I received a blank (black) panel. I can tell something is suppose to load inside of it, but it remains black.

2020. I used ZXP and then did manual and both rendered the same result.
Did you save or move any file inside CEP/Extension folder? Delete the folder Premium Builder Flat Animated Icons from Extensions Folder and then install with ZXP. After do not move or save anything on this folder. Please let me know if it works. Thanks

Hi, I am on MacPro / Mojave, the Premium builder takes SO LONG to run ! When I double click on an animation, it takes more than 5 minutes to load on the timeline, is that normal ?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. No its not normal. Try to clean up you cache memory or update your operating system. Are you using AE 2019?
Yes, Mojave and AE are all in their latest version. The builder shows up but doesn’t work properly to feed the timeline, unusable unfortunately
And all cache cleared

Hi, no actually when I don’t use the builder and take the compo directly to the timeline from the menu it works fine, when I take from the builder, the wheel starts to turn and it takes several minutes to load, an sometimes nothing happen at all…I tested other template to see if there was something wrong but no…

When I open the template, it tells me that four fonts are missing but they are installed actually ! Don’t know if is related to this issue…
No the font doesn’t affect anything.
Try not to open the template and just double click any element to your comp.

[After 2019 version] is in use. I want to use it as [Extension]. The same design is replicated. I am very embarrassed because it is not an update. I am similar, but I was disappointed by selling a new product with [Extension] added.

I am struggling to understand the specifics of the licensing, can you please help?
I have bought this under the Standard license as this seemed like the one I needed for the work I was doing, but now i’m not so sure.
I am working for a charity, producing a series of short animations, and I thought I could just purchase the one license and I could use this project in multiple animations?
As we are a charity I don’t know if we can afford multiple licences.

After moving my cache folder do another thunderbolt drive, expanding it to 100gb, deleting all the flags and map folders from within the project, my After Effects CC 2019 still turns into molasses. Just making a new text layer and typing new text in it is incredibly slow. I have 32gb of ram and plenty of horsepower. Not really usable as-is, until that new premium builder model is released.

Please could you add an extension for your project to Motion Bro ? It should stop the fact that even with a strong computer, the AA project is still laggy and crashing

Hi, this template has about 2000 composition on it and maybe Bodymovin is not able to calculate so many comps. You have to save template with just the compositions you want on After Effects 2019.
Is after effects cc 2015 can do that?

Hi I just purchased, great template thank you. However am struggling to make it work – the massive project file if causing many crashes. Often previews dont even display. I have pretty powerful i7 and 2080ti GPU so isnt performance issue. Can you share some advice? Your project file is 415mb. Thanks
Hi, thanks for purchasing. Try to clean cache memory and increase it to 100GB and more. Also check your disk space and try to cache to another disk than your master disk. Also delete things that you may not use like countries and flags or anything else.
