Hi, My extension disappeared after I updated to After effects 2022. I deleted After effects and install it again and installed the ZXP file again but still the same. Restarted AE and my Mac but still can’t get the extension.

Hi, just two questions: - Does it work on CS6? - Does it have to be installed in AE or is it enough to open compositions?
Hi, the project is CS6 compatible. The PremiumBuilder extension works on AE 2019 and above.
Seems to work right in AE2020….but in AE2019 , there are issues. Layers appear to be there….you can see animated masks etc…..but the layers still display as transparent….or they display while animating…then disappear.

I am working with another explainer video toolkit (https://videohive.net/item/pixity-land-character-explainer-toolkit/7139829) and I am trying to import this project into that.
When I do so, its dark background (default to my project). I can see the outlines and I know its there but it is somehow hidden. I empty the disk cache as well.
Can you please help me with this issue?

Hi, I change to the English version. Unfortunately, same situation. I recognize, if I open premium builder separately without any existing project – it works. But if I like to implement icons to my existing project I get a black screen and not able to preview with play. Play it’s kinda frozen. Appreciate any help. Thank you!
Did you try to wait some time in order to import the element to your existing project. Looks like you are working a heavy template and when you import an element needs some time to load it.
