Actually! clearly on the left it says alpha channel, and I have a screen grab to prove it. Where do I send this information for my reimbursement, VideoHive tech support?

just to the right it says no alpha channel…but under the vid it says there is one…which is it? I purchased it but the transparency is not working.

Hi, i buyed this iten but cant manage to make the alpha channel work on premiere pro cs6.

I just put the alpha channel in the layer above but it wont apply the trasparency to the fireball.

Any tips?
