Does either of these licenses allow me to use this in a series of videos, or does it restrict it to one video? If the limit is one, am I able to purchase a license for multiple use (i.e. a web series with a repeating opener)?

If you will charge a client for the final product you need to buy Extended License. I think everything is clear here. Maybe you can ask Envato team? Cheers!
