Is there a way to zoom out on the final screen for more of a bird’s eye view instead of close up?
you can but it takes a little effort, open Connection Comp 7 inside 03. OTHER/Main Slides folder, uncheck all locked yellow Null layers in timline to edit, select all yellow Null layers, hit “U” on keyboard to see keyframe, then you can change each value of the Position and Scale keyframes at frame 04seconds. Can I position the circles by myself easily and can I hide some of them?

Is the backgound replacable with alpha?
Yes, you can easily hide or delete background to make alpha
