When I add a logo to this template it only shows an outlined box. I have tried different image files and all do the same… How do I fix this?

Hi Is it possible to provide a older version of the file I have CS5?
I’m not very experienced with AE, so I have one question: Is there a simple way to change the chrome-like surface of the logo to a more golden one so the color is less silver? Sorry and thanks for your help.
