Hello ! There is NO scene to relink in ANY of the e3d layers. It is just empty. What is happening?
Hello. I can’t use this project file and it is frustrating!!!!!!!!! I need help or better still; a refund…. this is unfair.

Hi is the planet scene an e3d comp or pre-rendered? Thanks. The same question will be waiting for you on Broken Planet. I’ll grab both if they are not pre-renders.
Hi. Great project, can’t wait to get inside of it. But I am having an issue. There are no 3d objects listed inside Element for any of the comps. All just blank. i can’t relink the scene cause there is no scene to relink. All other projects including Broken Planet are working fine. Any ideas? No one should buy this project if using AE 2014, 2015, or 2017, or Element 3d v2.2. There is some issue with the conversion that will result in NO e3d scene. It is not a relinking issue, the scene is simply not there. And the author doesn’t respond.
You can send me your project picture and I’ll replace it for you
No, man, I am a professional. I was planning on editing the entire scene, not throw in a logo

None of them,I sent you an email with the project file to your personal account and one to your envato email, both with the project file that has not been edited, only saved as the new converted file.. Every single e3d layer has an empty scene when you open it up. The models are there but all scenes are empty… If you need screenshots I can send them but I think the project file will do you better. Thanks for replying. And I would much rather have the scene than the refund cause your work is awesome
To be clear it is only the e3d elements that are gone

What? For what? I am fully professoinal and know exactly what I am doing. I have used element 3d for dozens of projects. Yours is the ONLY one that does not show up. I also bought your Broken Planet project and that one works fine. It has to be the conversion process from either your version of AE and/or Element3d into my newer versions.

Until Envato deletes my comments please disregard them, “public”. The author was unable to respond until now and is currently working with me so I have no issues at all. Project is beautiful and can’t wait till we solve this.

Very nice project, thanks for using my audio, but I think it is very bad audio encoder because it’s significantly different than my original soundtrack, or you did it intentionally?
