Excuse me for the late reply,
First, you need to duplicate a text placeholder in your project browser.
Next, you need to duplicate a text placeholder in your timeline window.
Now you need to go to your project browser,
Hold down the ALT key and drag your newly duplicated text placeholder, from the project browser on top of your newly duplicated text placeholder with in the timeline window.
You can now modify this new composition, drag it around in 3d space, etc..

The AEP file includes a pre-rendered Quicktime MOV Particle Simulation from an external 3D Software + Particle Plugin.
The background, the colors, and all text can be modified within the existing AEP.
