Hi this project seems to be corrupt in some manner, also I need an HD version only got one type of 4k version. The template does not resize itself for the different formats. On the website when I bought it you stated 4k and HD but I need the HD version.
It may have been a corrupted download, I redid the download and the project is different and better. I will update later
I added the FullHD version of the project as a separate file. You can re-download the project.
Yes I am having the same problem. This file does not render no matter what you do with it .I have tried it on several device. I would like a full refund

I keep trying to render but it does not render completely

I use AE 2020 version. It doesn’t bring out any error. It will Start rendering and the after like 16 seconds, it stops. I tried it several times, restarted the AE, Restarted the Laptop, but still got the same result.
Let me know if it works and I will upload it on Videohive instead of the old one. Thanks
