Hi, I’ve just installed it and started it in after effects (offcourse) But when I load file into “Image_Video_01” the “scene_01” stays black, so I can’t see the picture in the main comp Only in the “image_Video_01”. We work with AfterEffects2019.
We also bought the cinematic slide from you, that works perfect!

Thanks for your answer, but I am not talking about the sound of your template (which works fine and is great by the way) I can find indeed the tutorial inside the project, but my problem is that there is no sound on the tutorial… (all sound and other mp4 works well on my pc in case you are wondering) Could you please help me ?

I purchased this template and am having an issue plugging in my photos. I’m using AE CC.
I have my photo plugged into “Image_Video_01”, but once i jump over to “Scene_01”, the photo is not showing up. The only way I can reveal or see the photo is when I hide the layer “Particle 2” or change it from “normal” to “add”.

Hello, it is very nice, but I have 2 questions:
1. it is normal that this project has a very long rendering time? One scene takes almost 20 minutes, to render in adobe media encoder. We have 17 Scenes, so this is around 6 hours or more with intro and outro in total. My setup: Gainward geforce gtx 1060 16Gb Ram Intel core i7 3820 3.6 ghz
2. I can not change random seed like in the tutorial video. value is red and always stuck on 119 (Particular)

thanks for your quick reply acutely I think that we don’t have the PNG Sequence effect and I can’t use the template smoothly because of that. so can you send us the rendering of the effect or if you have another solution share it with me
