Hello. I bought the slideshow yesterday but there is something wrong with the file. At frame 157 everything disappears with a white screen and never comes back. Coudln’t find any keys or codes. The slideshow is perfect but the project file is a litte complicated. So please help me as soon as possible. I need to take the render today.

I have no idea why this happened. Maybe it’s a good idea to redownload the archive and I hope that this step will solve your problem.

I used cs6 and I will try with another pc with cs5.5 and if it doesn’t work again I will redownload it and let you know. Thanks…
I tried opening wih cs5.5 and it works now. But to let you know there is something wrong with cs6. Thanks anyway.
Thanks for the information, but it’s impossible if other placeholders work normally, just because this slideshow project used alpha masks and the difference only in transitions movement.Anyway thank you.Best Regards. Roman
Hello again. But let me tell you something sir. I downloaded the project again. Tried opening it in 3 different computers with a clean intallation of cs6 and no plugins installed. But I am sorry that there is something wrong with it. IT DOES NOT WORK. But dont worry everything works with cs 5.5 so in cs6 The transitions wont work and you only see white screen after the 157. frame. I advise you to take a look at it. There is nothing called impossible when you use computers. So I payed for this item because it’s written works with cs4 and above. So Please check it and fix it because I need to use it with cs6. Thanx…
