I am not able to render the slideshow. My new MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 – 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 – vide: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB I have been able to render anything pretty fast for other projects and templates. But this one is not working. I need help. Does this team provide support. I see unanswered messages from 3 months ago. This is concerning.
