As I can not answer publicly your answer to my review I answer you in the comment, so everyone will know about you, and with this, I finish the going backwards and forward with you honestly as this is a total waste of time and you and me we will never agree to anything…your attitude definitely is to be considered …

1. The template works correctly. It has been tested by me on several PCs – SURE, that is why you just insisted, again and again, to ONLY download the font, which from the first email I told you I DID IT, but well your word against mine, I guess you have to defend your work, completely understandable but people need to know the true also

2. I read and answered each of your letters. SO WHY YOU DON’T ANSWER DIRECTLY AND JUST IGNORE ALWAYS WHAT I SAY? Your answers are just the same over and over again…

3. I asked you to provide a screenshot of the problem, but you didn’t. – I have explained to you many times by email, and also in the review that I have a very tight deadline, that after 3 days of dealing with your useless template and receiving the same answers from you no matter what I asked you I bought another template and use it as per your template I almost lost a deadline for a client, but again, you do not want to read what I say.

4. If you are sure that the template is not working, you have the right to ask for a refund. Why didn’t you just do it? BECAUSE IT IS JUSY 10 EUROS AND I PREFER TO KEEP IT WHICH IT GIVES ME THE RIGHT TO REVIEW IT AND LET OTHER PEOPLE THAT YOUR TEMPLATE IS USELESS, you know I can afford to lose 10 euros, but I am tired of people as you putting online things that they don’t work and making buyers losing time, so it is entirely worthy for me to spend 10 euros and have the right to review the item for other people to know that IT DOES NOT WORK…anyway you have made clear several times that you won’t refund the money which it will leave me with the only option to escalate the refund request to the platform, AND I HAVE NOT MORE TIME TO WASTE WITH YOU, THIS IS GOING ALREADY FOR TOO LONG.

People should read the comments and reviews in your other templates to see that I am not the only one complaining about this, many people complain that your templates do NOT work, I should have read this myself before buying it

I gave you 1 star because the system does not allow me to give you 0 which is what your template and your attitude deserve

I honestly wish you all the best and I hope you invest the 10 euros from my purchase in solving the problems with this template…

On my side I am completely done with you and your template, I have tons of work to do and two kids to take care of…and not a single second more to waste with you…

PS – As a professional photographer and videographer I have been working with Resolve for years, I am not someone new to the software… I have used other openers and put them to work within minutes and from this platform I really recommend the templates from Harchenko, simply extremely professional and everything works great.. amazing answers from him… all the opposite of this guy here called JoeProduction…
