I downloaded this purchase but it wasn’t an alpha file. The background is black and I cannot use it that way. How do I download the alpha version????

its a quicktime png file.With Alpha.
You need quicktime codecs.Download a free version “quicktime player”, all codecs coming with software.
Thank you but it still does not work. It is because my first download of the file was apple prores. Now Video Hive will not let me download as PNG Quicktime. The link you sent said: Ulaşmaya çalıştığınız sayfa bulunamadı – the page is not available. I sent you a link to a dropbox folder if you can upload there.
I got it, thank you! The trick was to open it with my old Quicktime, not the latest version, not sure why. Thank you!!
