Hi, somehow I cannot play this with Quicktime or import it in FCP X. It does have .mov as extension, but my Mac says it is incompatible with Quicktime. It only plays in VLC. Can someone help me out with this?
Hello, I’m sorry, I just saw your message. I prepared the video file with the PC. However I will investigate the way to get the output for you to use with the apple. As far as I know, the videohive team helps with format conversions. I’m sending an e-mail for help. I’il let you know when we get back.

When I looked at the help pages I found that envato did not support individual items. I can’t find the project file because I prepared the file a long time ago and I’ve done a lot of work on it. If you send me the file you received, I will try to help you translate the file. (Sorry for bad English, I used google translate for translation.) Respects.
Hi, I have found a way around it. The problem is that Apple since MacOs Catalina does not convert incompatible files anymore. Luckily I still have my old iMac, and when I opened the files there, it worked. Quicktime started to convert the file. So problem solved, although I really don’t like this ‘new’ feature by Apple… Thanks for your reply though!
