The description says “Apple Prores 422” but when I purchased, it was provided as a “JPEG 2000” codec. I am not able to play or import this video file at all, and I am hoping to hear back on a different format that can be sent over. This is a really cool clip and I’m bummed that I can’t import it or use it at all at this point.
