Hello! It works better than ever inside Davinci Resolve 18. Just be aware everything works inside the free version except the disruption glitch plugin and the film looks plug-in. hey ,i bought this pack CINEPUNCH for DaVinci Resolve on mac am really ith everything i can’t install because there is no blackmagic folder on mac I searched all day on my mac but I can’t find how to install it?? i use DaVinci Resolve studio 18
Hello! Happy to help! So, you definitly should have a Blackmagic folder and application on your Mac, otherwise DaVinci Resolve will not work. So, I am going to email you a DRFX install file I am releasing tomorrow. That way, you simply open DaVinci Resolve, double click on the DRFX File, and it will install automatically. That should help. So, the main folder contains around 7GB worth of Plugins, SFX, elements. Now, then you have the CINEPACKS, which are 4K 6K 8K overlays. You will have CINEPACKS 8K lower resolution files in the main folder. However, I created Super UHD 4K 6K 8K compression versions. The versions I highly recommend. These Super UHD versions are external.
Now you can access those Super UHD versions of the CInepacks via online private library pages, and download single files at any resolution you need. You can also download entire packs, which will be larger (5GB – 12GB) depending on the pack. As far as resume download, that is not something I can control or envato. That would be specific to your Internet connection. But there are several ways to download the externals to your leisure.

When i will use the Effects, th message comes “You have reached a limitation with DaVinci Resolve” and i Can´t use the Transition or Effect.

It would have been nice if you told at this pack either it is a one time buying it or it is a yearly subscription.. cant find that ANNYWHERE! some packs of you do note that.. but this one does not! And since i in desperate need of a pack like this since my recently started youtube channel standing stil for a while now since i had wondershare filmora that only gave me problems.. i really cant wait 5 days for a respond by email.. you really should make clear either it is a one time payment or a subscription.. even at the checkout it does not notice that!

Fantastic! Also, in regards to the Music and Beats aspect of products out there, ironically I just released a product for Adobe Premiere Pro, that is a integrated FX, Sound & Music Suite. That may be the only product out there which has music, and music stems of those music scores built into the site. But again, that is or Adobe Premiere Pro. I will be developing a similar suite for FCPX and Davinci. But it is going to take time, since I always have to built from the ground up with each new program. And just so you know, all CINEPACKS remain the same between all versions of CINEPUNCH. What is completely with all versions is the plugins for Transitionpunch, Film Looks Plugin, Glitch Plugin, LUTMASTER and how it works directly within the Davinci Interface. So those are completely rebuilt for Davinci Resolve, with different control and functionality. And with Davinci Resolve 18, even better now in terms of organization of all the plugins and plugin presets.

The license available for purchase for this plugin library is for “Use, by you or one client, in a SINGLE END PRODUCT”. . . . does this mean, I get this entire pack and can only use it for a single video? Then I have to buy it again and again for each consecutive video?
Hello! Happy to help with that. So, no, you do not have to re-purchase again. Only one-time, and use on as many projects and clients as you ever wish. The regular vs extended is simply this.
Both regular and extended are unlimited use. One-time purchase. Extended license will be if you intend to use on projects whereas they are revenue driven. For example, feature film or tv series. Clients, YouTube channels, commercials…etc regular license I fine.

I’m only concerned because the license itself doesn’t state that, so I’m cautious about purchasing and then later on getting hit with a copyright violation. The license specifically says - “You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.” and defines “End Product” as – “An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.
(a)For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Item.
For example: the item is a website theme and the end product is the final website customized with your content.
(b)For other types of Item, an End Product is a work that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
For example: the item is a button graphic and the end product is a website.”
In the FAQ’s it says – “If I purchase an Extended License, do I get a multi-use, multi-domain, multi-client or developer license? No. The Extended License is still limited to a single end product, but you can re-sell that product. The few exceptions are images from PhotoDune, and Tools (which allow multiple use and have their own license). Additionally our SFX and Video Media Licenses offer a multi-use option.”
So a single YouTube Video would eat up that license by that wording correct? Is there a different license included in the download that has wording that overrides this one?
Hello! So, I can help clear that up for you. So, that license is for templates. Templates would be pre-fabricated designs, whereas you insert your your videos and change text…etc.
Everything inside CINEPUNCH are utility tools. Not templates. There will be transitions, FX, plugins for film design looks, plugin for glitches, color out packs. Tools to add to your Davinci Resolve workflow. So do not worry. You not have to re-order again after you drop a transition on your video or use and FX or SFX
So, if you have a YouTube channel, you can use all the tools inside CINEPUNCH for as many videos in your channel as you ever need. You do not need to order again.

Ok seems to work mostly, the tutorials started out easy enough until about ‘Disruption Macros Pugin, then it seemed like there was alot of steps missing,,,, also after having imported the dra project – ALL of the files within showed the ‘red box file missing’ seems like got about 50% of the way installing it correctly then lost it…. seems like everytime I want to use something within the CiniPunch folders I have to load the project find what i need then go back to my project i was working on? don’t know really got lost here. Otherwise seemed to be good stuff in here

The Disruption Plugin should definitly work smooth, and the install is no different than Transitions or Filmmaker Looks plugin. They install all together and should show on the Davinci Resolve Interface all together. I think I have it mostly sorted now – the only one thing I did notice (I am on Davinci Resolve) is that the Horror Pack downloads only contained AE project files

For some reason the transitions and effects do not have sound to them?
Hello! Happy to help! So, the transitions for DaVinci are plugin based so DaVinci can not attached SFX to the transitions that are plugin based. Versus a template style whereas the transitions effect goes on top of the shots, then SFX can be added. But then you do not have all the flexibility and control and automation of the plugin.
So, the Transitions SFX Pack will be the CINEPUNCH.dra file. or, if you want to import he Sound Pack separate to lay underneath the transitions, goto your CINEPUNCH folder – CINEPUNCH.dra folder – Media Files folder – Sound Packs folder. That way you can see all the Sound Packs like Transitions SFX Pack, SoundPunch and TrailerPunch Sound Pack.

Hello. So while in Davinci. Go up top to file – import. Then go to your CINEPUNCH folder – CINEPUNCH.dra folder – Media Files folder – Sound Packs folder. Then just highlight the entire Transitions sound pack and select import. That will bring the entire pack of sounds into your current project. Great work! I just installed CINEPUNCH and all the effects and LUTs appeared on Resolve immediately and work like a charm, except the FILMMAKER FXs. Everyone of them look extremely low quality and degraded, almost like old, damaged film. However, I noticed they look great your YouTube tutorial. Please advise. Thanks!

I haven’t been working with film editing and Davinci Resolve for very long, so I don’t understand all the terms.
Are plugins effects like transitions or image manipulation tools? And how are macros different from them?
Can I use overlays even in a 1080p timeline if they themselves are saved in 4K or higher?
And is it possible to use the plugins, overlays and sound files without installing them in Davinci in general. I imagine that after importing all the elements offered here, it can get pretty messy….

So, Overlays are going to be in 4K 6K 8K and that is just so you have the highest and best resolution. Since all the overlays were optically captured with RED 8K Cameras. And if you are in a 1080p timeline, you can scale down all elements to fit your image very easily. Hello! Happy to help! So, everything will work with the free version. Transitions, LUTs, all CINEPACKS. The Filmmaker and Disruption Plugin are the only tools that require the Pro version.
I will be releasing an update that will have a free version of those two plugins. Now, the CINEPACKS Elements, Ultra High Bitrate Packs (4K 6K 8K), if you go to the 4.CINEPACKS folder. Inside there you will get access to the Ultra High Bitrate versions of the all the CINEPACKS. Your personal PW will be there for you.
