None of my adobe programs can open this file. VLC doesn’t play it back either.
You need to download quicktime.
I did not buy this to watch it in quicktime. I need it in my edit, and ADOBE AE, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder do not open it. I don’t have this problem with any other .MOV file. Can you send me a MP4 version?
Videohive don’t allow to upload mp4 videos. Just download quicktime, and you will be able to open the video in any abobe product.
This is not working. EVERY SINGLE VIDEO I have purchased from Videohive works perfectly fine. They are all MOV and they work fine in Adobe. Only yours doesn’t open. You have used an obsolete codec perhaps. How can I request a refund?
ok, checked it, it is jpeg 2000 mov, maybe some systems don’t support it. I will update this item. I can send you mp4 and make a refund. I think you should contact envato support for request. Sorry for inconvenience
Fixed. Now it is MOV JPEG and alpha channel is included
