Also bought it today and have troubles getting the background render to work. E3D 2.2.2 and it complains that the box.obj file is missing and cannot be located. This is pretty … ya

Ok found the issue. Missing the Primitives Pack for whatever the reason. Where can it be obtained?

Did you installed Element 3D plugin properly ? If yes can you try to Relink Secene Files from Element 3D’s Scene Setup/File menu.
My Element 3D is working perfectly. l will try relink secene but don’t you have like a video tutorial that will put me thru it?
Unfortunately i dont have video tutorial for this project. Linking files should work.

The objects were added to the documents folder My_Models as instructed. The objects do not appear in the render. See this question was asked before. What is the answer?
Hi. Thanks for purchase. Possible reasons for this are ;
1 – Using old version of Element 3D plug-in. Make sure you using at least V1.5 which supports animated obj sequences.
2 – Using Element 3D without proper license. Please check your license.
3 – Placing to folder which is not recognized by Element 3D. Try to place all obj files to inside of Documents/Videocopilot/Models folder.
I am using Adobe CC and Element 3d 2.2 latest version. The license was just purchased to work on this project especially. I place the files in the main folder, in the sample folder, and created a new folder call My_Models and still, the render does not have the effects.
Is there any specific error when you open Element 3D Scene Setup view ?
Hello why will this thing not render? all it does is freeze up my system. and i have a pretty heffty system. 8gb video card and 32gb of ram and an i7 processor? why can i not render this project? oh and my element is 100% legit
3D is very well represented. But why do not you see particles ? Are element 3D version could be the problem?

The assets cube2, extra and sequence, are moved into My_Models on the E3D documents folder but they’re not appearing on the final render.

Just a heads up, 1gb of RAM on your video card is going to be awfully low, but I bet would still render.
you’d need to pick up Element 3D, and that plugin is what’s actually going to require the video RAM, your GPU is used when rendering projects with Elemend 3d.
You might be able to build out the project as you prefer, then ask for services to see if someone else can render the final for you.
At one point I had built several servers on Amazon’s EC2 and put them together to do rendering. Though, i wouldn’t be able to render this project there because the machine that does it needs to have strong video capability for the ray tracing.
Also, the author may be willing to do rendering for you for a fee. might ask him!
This is a beautiful project though, I have had my eye on it for awhile. just waiting for a client need

When I open this project in AE CS6 it always freezes and I have to reboot my mac. Why is this and can I get my money back?
There may be several reasons for freezing like insufficient hardware configuration or illegal license of Element 3d plugin. You can try to open it with CS5 or contact envato support for money back.
