Hi! Thanks for the product! I have an issue though – any time I import the sequence, the object looks black / transparent, and because of that I can not use it. What can be the issue? Element 2.2.0

Hey! Love the look of the flags. Very easy to use. But I’m having an issue. Mine sort of glitches up and down as it moves. Any fix for this? Thanks.

It only happens when I perform translations within element 3D. Unforchunetly I cannot upload files here, but it just wiggles up and down as if I had a wiggle expression on the vertical position. Let me know if you have any idea why that might happen. Thanks (using MacBook Pro)
Okay probably it is about video card. Please try to update video drivers to latest version.
Can you change the shape of the flag to a triangle? Pennant shaped?
No, unfortunately you can not. It is 3D object sequence
The flag doesn’t seem to wave?! I can import the texture and stuff… but in the timeline, while I move the indicator it doesn’t do anything… any ideas?
Hello, please make sure you are playing the flag in final render comp. And please make sure you imported 3d sequence in Element 3D. I advise you to watch the tutorial again please. Thanks

Hello, Sequence 1 and Seq 2 are different loops. They are seamless loops inside themselves. If you would like to connect 1 with 2, you may do by using some transitions.

At what time can the animation loop? Can i edit it to make a 5 seconds loop? Can the flag be resized? Can the animation movement be slower?

it is already looped. you can change its loop time after precomped it. flag can be resized it is 3D object, you can resize, reposition, rotate as you wish in scene.. animation movement can be change after precomped but not too much maybe %150-200.. thanks
I understand it’s already looped, but at what duration? I need to make it loop at maximum 5 seconds, so if the loop is at 15 seconds it’s not good, i need to be able to edit that. Thanks.
Loops are 150 frames long.

Hi there, I purchased this yesterday and I really like the various flags you have available in the set. I have also purchased the necessary plugin, Element 3D. I was following the tutorial you provided, however, I’m not seeing any movement in my flag what so ever. I noticed in your tutorial when you clicked on Flag_Render_01/Flag_Element_3D_01 and then Scene Setup. After you finished making the selections and clicking O.K. your video showed the flag moving as you moved the timeline arrow. However, mine just sits there. I don’t know if there are other things I need to select for the animation. If you or someone else reading can help, that’s much appreciated. Also, is there sound with the video? I’m not getting any so I wanted to check.

Probably you are importing only one object. From Element 3D windows select File > Import 3D Sequence..

Ohh, tutorial is only with subtitle.. By the way Please download Element 3D version 1.6 or above. Before 1.6 there was not sequence import feature..

Is there a certain setting in Element 3D so that the flag animation loops?
You can find your answer in tutorial video. By the way flag animation is 150 frames, so it will automatically loops..
