Every aspect of support with this product is minimal.
The author is responsive and helpful as a customer support bot.
I followed the "instructions" (its more of a marketing brochure but OK),
Then I got issues with the assets which I solved,
Then the Render Queue couldn't render anything.
Used Media Encoder and tried every format possible only to get a clip with color bars.
There are NO missing files.
There are NO other notifications or warnings.
Mid-way though the "helping out" process the author demanded a fictional licence file to ensure I did not get this project lawfully. Then he found everything he needed.
The only help I get is as helpful as hitting the monitor until the problem disappears.
