Also, I am using Dynamic Link to place the comps in Premiere Pro, this is why I would like to change the entire After Effects file size to 1920×1080. The 4k is simply too large and makes my entire computer lag.

Hi, first of all you can reduce the camera blur from the controller to “0” in order to work more faster and then before your render you put in back. You are able to make another HD comp and put inside the main 4K comp in order to have an HD dynamic link.
