Hello, I purchased both the Toko and the Create pack. I can use the Toko with the Motion Bro v 2.3.1 extension but I tried to install the Create Pack several times, with different downloads and still not working. I have the latest AE installed. Can you help?

Hi AlohaFX, I have an issue recently I updated my After effects and Create pack is vanished. Do you have any video or something so that i can follow the instructions, I saw your previous video and was not able to follow along as some of the features are changed in AE 2020. Waiting for your reply.
Follow the instructions in the user guide and everything will work again, please realize that there are different steps for CC2019 or higher in the user guide.

My Rigged Models Don’t Work. I have been having this problem for months now When I choose any of the rigged models (Desktop computer) it just stays like that and doesn’t turn 360 degrees. I know I have to activate C4D renderer and I have done that but it still doesn’t work. What should I do?

Hi Graphice, Unfortunately the Create Pack was developed only for the Adobe package. It runs in After Effects, and very soon we will release the version for Adobe Premiere Pro.
