Issues with Transitions. I bough this pack about 10 hours back. Within 15 mins if buying this pack I realized that transitions doesn’t come with any sound. When I tried to add my own sound it was totally distorted.
I have already emailed the Alohafx support and I would like to get my money refunded ASAP. I need to get started on my project and need to get this money back ASAP so I can buy a different pack.

Unfortunately all issues related to refunds and payments need to be dealt with directly with Envato. I don’t have access to that part of the deal, the purchase was paid for them. Please contact Envato directly and request your refund and they will review the case. But I would like to remind you that at no time do we inform you that the transitions have soundfx. But in the update that should come out next month, a pack with 250 Sfx and hundreds more templates will be included for free in the update and you will have access at no cost.

hello, i have the 3600 elements pack and i wish to use the social media counters. How can i increase the numbers to more than a million say 188,333,444? as a want to use it for youtube views that has million of views, also include comma in the counter if possible. I can only set it to max 1000000 but don’t know how to set it more than a million and include commas. Please reply. Thanks!

Unfortunately the After Effects Slider Values are not unlimited. And the expressions are based on the sliders to control the numbers. I have noticed that when I use any of the precomps included that the computer slows down a lot. I have a very powerful computer and when I usually work I never see that strange slowness. Even for tasks as simple as editing text or color, it takes an absurdly long time. Doing any task with the precomps of this pack ends up being a long, slow and boring job and it is desperate, so finally I prefer to do the animation by myself, so I wonder why I bought this pack. Is this normal? What solution do I have? Thank you.
